SELF-CONTAINED ANNEXE - sleeps 4 + 1 persons

The annexe offers flexible accommodation with two double/twin bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and spacious bathroom.  The Renoir room offers a king size bed and single 3 ft bed.  The Matisse offers a super king size double which can be separated into two 3ft singles.  The accommodation can sleep 5 comfortably and is ideal for couples and/or families. Double doors off the south facing sitting room lead out to a south facing terrace and private garden.  A barbeque is available upon request.  If we are not too busy with the Bed and Breakfast, we can offer Breakfast in the main house, £4.75 per adult and £4.00 per child under 12 years. We can also offer further bedrooms for Bed and Breakfast if our annexe is not booked up.  Please ring for availability.

With direct forest access, the location is perfect for walking and cycling and we have ponies at our gate.  The main towns of Lymington and Brockenhurst are only a short drive and local pubs are within walking distance or a short drive.

Prices from £320.00 to £620.00 per week for 4 person occupancy. There would be a small supplement for additional persons.  We can offer flexi short breaks (minimum of 3 nights).  We also offer discounts for two person occupancy and children.

Terms and Conditions:  At the time of booking,we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit (we take all major credit/debit cards).  The balance would be payable 6 weeks prior to your stay.
